Our privacy commitment in plain English

We collect your email to notify you about early access: nothing else. We don't run ad trackers, don't use Google Analytics, don't sell your data, and never share your email with third parties. That's it.

Flowgraph ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit flowgraph.in or join our waitlist, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate our waitlist and communicate with you:

  • Email address: when you submit the waitlist form.
  • Usage data: standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure (AWS CloudFront/S3) and is never linked to your identity.
  • Bot-detection signals: we use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam submissions. Turnstile processes signals locally in your browser and does not use tracking cookies or behavioral profiling.

How We Use Your Information

  • Email address: used solely to notify you when early access becomes available and to send Flowgraph product updates. We never send unsolicited marketing or share your email with third parties.
  • Usage data: used in aggregate to understand traffic patterns and improve the site. Raw logs are retained for up to 30 days then permanently deleted.

Data Storage & Security

Waitlist submissions are stored in AWS DynamoDB (us-east-1), encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.2+. Access is restricted to the Flowgraph team and protected by IAM policies with least-privilege access controls.

Data Retention

We retain your email for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose you submitted it for. Once early access has been extended to you, or if you request deletion, your email is permanently removed within 30 days.

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Deletion: request permanent removal of your data.
  • Correction: request that we fix inaccurate data.
  • Opt-out: unsubscribe from communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@flowgraph.in. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use a single localStorage key (flowgraph-theme) to remember your light/dark mode preference. It is stored only in your browser and never sent to our servers.

Children's Privacy

Flowgraph is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

International Transfers

Your data is stored and processed in the United States (AWS us-east-1). If you are located in the EEA, UK, or other regions with data transfer restrictions, by submitting your email you consent to this transfer. We apply the same security standards regardless of data origin.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
